*yawnz* im soooooo tired...its 7.27am in the morning now haha! i had xACtLy 5hrs of sleep last night..wow! now THAT'S a new record..>.< firework s at K-days last night! it was REALLI nice :) fireworks are realli pretti haha..i wish i cld watch fireworks everiday...-sighz- :p yuppers! it was SO hot in the afternoon was baking in the sun..phew~ hottnessss. luckily i left for a while for work then i came back again! hehe if not i sure die of heatstroke..=s seriousli! there were alot of ppl there tooooo! (k-days is lyk a carnival/theme park ^.^ ) AMAZINGLI (is there such a word?! o.O), i actualli did not play ani rides aT aLL! haha..well. i wanted too but the queues were so darnnn looong n i left so i didnt get a chance but yeh, SAve $$$ ..hai~ i spent so much :( this is sad...but neways. amanda is so goooooddddd she won 3 BIG STUUFIESS!! 3!!! guess how mani I won?! zero! i suck! haha it was such a sad stori. :( but oh well! 3 LEH! im so happi for her. :)

yup..it was fun! they were walkng arnd carrying all the big stuffies! so cute! haha...we played a lot of games there..it was pretti cool but when u DONT win anithing, it kinda pisses u off..yeah. coz u keep throwing $$ in but nv get anithing back. oh well~ neways. today is sunday! so excited!! coz its MY turn to teach the lil kids!!! YEAH! finalli! after waiting for lyk 3 weeks!!! wheee!!! so happi...i hope they lyk mi..:p hehe. after the lesson, we going outdoor to play in the park! its so goona so fun!!!! :) im so glad we're doing outdoor-ed! muahhahaha~ heehee! yup, after church, we're staying back to help with VBS..fun fun~ then..Ymca!! fun fun~ then..CC's hse to cut stylofoam!! ~fun fun !!! hehe so as u can see. its gonna be a day filllled with fun!!!!! yeah!! so hoPeFullI *crossfingers* it'll be fun!!!! >.<

yo! im back...its friday nite..or shd i say sat morning?! haha yup. hoildays r going juz fine! i went Y today n yeh.it was pretti tiring..hehe. i gained a pnd n then i lost it...O K...work was ok..not ALOT of ppl but still have some.haha! coz ppl going k-days so i guess business is not THAT great. but its all good.hehe last wed we went to do community outreach : cleanup + give out flyers! actualli, it was realli fun! hehe although it was onli the 5 of us..it was REALLI cool.hehe...had a great time. then we went Ichiban..it was so good =) i wanted to treat but i forgot to bring money$$ hehe. they dun believe mi but its true! i seriouslli wanted too.hehe then prayer meet was pretti ok..^^ wad else happened..hmm i saw a few hot guys at Y again...>.< hehe n eden said there werent ani! haha..wad rubbish! yea..a lot of things have been on my mind lately..that's NOT good.haha..coz i get frustrated then i lose my temper..then im in a bad mood then POOF! the irritating effie appears! haha although im always irritating..=p yup..when i think of stuff to update. i'll be back! haha

ok. as much as i hate to admit it : summer CAN get pretti boring. haha...shopping when u'r poor is sad and yes, its pretti bad when everione is at summer skool or out of the country while u'r stuck in BORING edmonton trying to be productive. haha! but yea, next week WILL be better. will IT HAS TO BE. yup, i gtg eat lunch now so i'll brb ^^;

There was a story called “The Most Foolish Traveler in the World”.
A foolish traveler was on a journey. He was so foolish that he was easily tricked by others. “Please, money for medicine…” He was tricked by the villagers, and lost his shoes and clothes. “My sister is sick…” “I have no money to buy seeds for the field…” But, since the traveler was a fool…Even when the travelers thanked him with lies saying “You saved me!” he believed them and kept saying “Be happy, be happy!”
In the end, the traveler became bare–naked, and was so ashamed. So he went inside the forest. But this time, he met the monsters living in the forest. The monsters wanted to eat the traveler’s body. So they began tricking him with lies. Of course, the traveler fell for it… So he gave away his arms and legs, one by one. In the end, the traveler only had his head left. Then he gave away his eyes to the last monster. As the monster ate his eyes, it said “Thank you! I’ll give you a present in return,” and left something behind. But it was just a piece of paper that had “Fool” written on it. Yet the traveler began to cry. “Thank you! Thank you! I’ve never gotten a present before! I’m so happy! I’m so happy! Thank you! Thank you!” he said and tears poured out of his already gone eyes. And then the traveler died soon after. The story ends here.
My classmates all called the traveler a fool. But I closed my eyes, and thought about the traveler. I thought of the traveler, fooled and only left with his head, crying while saying “Thank you”. Then, I said to myself “Ah! How lovely this is…”
Losses or suffering, its no use worrying about them. The traveler didn’t worry about those. Even if its something considered foolish by others, I didn’t consider it foolish. Even if its someone who is easily fooled by others, I didn’t try to fool him. I…just really wanted to make others happy. What about you? Do you…still think it was foolish? ahhh..fruits basket..i juz watched another 3 episodes. so nIce! its my 2nd round n i dun think i'll ever ever ever get bored of that show :) seriously, its the best show EVER n if u've never watched it b4, u're missing a whole bunch! oh welllll..yuki is so cute..ahhh! okok..shant talk too much abt that..yup, today went work n yeh, it was pretti good! haha..MUCH busier than last friday..MUCH MUCH. even when i left, there were still a grp of ppl there eating. haha hope i get more tips today ^^; it was pretti fun. juz that i didnt get to do much stuff coz she always does it. and she prolly does a better job than mi *winkx* hehe..better not ma-lu myself again..AS USUAL. yup, tomoro going Ymca again! yeah! exercising! hehe. we haf routine liao!
1st --> running for 1/2 hr
2nd --> cool down by walking arnd the track 2x
3rd --> do weights *winkz*
4th --> sit-ups! muahhahaha. my fav ^.^
5th --> machines...yupppi
6th --> cycling thing for cool down! read mag! muahaha!
7th --> go soak in the hot tub! =p so smart ar?

hello!!! hoildays are soooo wonderful!! muahahaha..i wish i were some rich person n i cld have hoildays everiday..haha..but i guess it gets boring after some time but oh well! it hasnt happened to mi yet! >.< tomorow go look for job AGAIN coz yeh..=p yup,opening another bank account! BUT this one is STRICTLY savings savings..so cannot touch n use..im gonna give my card to my mom so i wun go get the money..haha! my debit card is pretti much dying..^^; i cant realli control myself when shopping! haha..i work better with cash $$ coz cards..i juz swipe n swipe lyk its neverending. i WISH it was neverending..haha..okok, i gtg my sis prolly wanna use the com. sori for such a boring post!! =^.^= btw, guess wad?!! im so hardworking i went Ymca 3x this week!!!! wahhhhhhhhh..im so proud of myself..well done effie :)

^^ hihi! im sooooo tired right now...hahahhaa...yea, I WATCHED SPIDERMAN2 TODAY!!! it was soooo good! haha, amanda said it was realli sad n she cried 3x but it wasnt sad at all! Effie onli cries watching Jap Animes!!! haha! its true! im so weird..HAHA! yeh, then..Cecilia was crying at the part right after Spidey rescued M.J..yeh! it was pretti sad that part but not sad enuff 4 mi to cry. haha! k, the part when spidey's aunt was captured by the bad guy was SOOO SCARI!!!! veri exciting!! my heart beat until so fast! if she died i would've cried man..so SCARI! the train part was nice too! he was so strong! waaahhh!!! haha yeh, we didnt do much today..OH! guess wad??!! I PASSED MY FRENCH10 COURSE!!!! hahahhaha! so funi!!! for my final exam, i got 50%!!! isnt that amazing/shocking?!! haha! im sure the person whu marked it juz decided to be nice..haha..so funi. so overall was 71%!!!! ahhahaha...so funi. its so impossible but yeh, momi was reali happy..now she wants mi to take french 20..ERM...i realli dun want to! im sooo gonna fail it..i JUST passed my final leh..yeh..brian cut his hair..pretti ok. he looks lyk his brother a lot now..haha, but yeh, quite nice ;) haha.

I WENT SHOPPING FOR 9 hrs!!! hahah! so proud of myself! n i wasnt tired!! WOW..bought so much stuff..die liao la..no $$!! im NOT gonna buy animore clothes for the whole summer!!! UNLESS its realli cheap..haha! yeh..it was realli realli realli fun! shopping is so fun!!! so funi, we went into the stores lyk twice! haha..we went in bluenotes 4 times! haha! the ppl sure think we're a bit crazi..shop the malll shop when its open until it closes..yeh..fun fun!
ARGH!!! WHY DO I ALWAYS EMBARASSE MYSELF?!!!!! hai..so embarassing k, today! k, u noe how b4 the movie starts there's this whole load of movie previews? yea, one of them was abt some scari thing but it was just a preview..yeh, n then there was this part when the scari thing came out, n i screamed!!! so loud..SO EMBARASSING!! ahhh..everione was so damm quiet n i think i suddenly scream..SO PAI SE! omgosh...i wanted to dig a hole n hide my face..ahhh!!!! then yeh, i screamed n i think everione in the theatre thought i was crazi..AHH!! HAI..WHY?!!! WHY??!!! WHY??!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..i hate being embaraased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sobz* but then again..i get embaraased so easily..i think its my own problem~ sigh
